So last year the deliberations took a very long because I never stared so many possibilities in the face. The idea this year is to break up some of that time.
Much of the time is spent splitting hair so the shortlists will trim the fat. If you compare the BAM Consideration lists in Film, Acting and Behind the Scenes the idea is to have these lists be at minimum 50-66% smaller.
